How do I place an order?
Ordering on ozyrix.com opens soon. Until then, product pages link to the online marketplaces where you can buy our products now.
How can I pay?
We accept Card payments, processed by Stripe — our only payment provider.
Is paying on this site safe?
Card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout page and are never stored on our servers — we keep only Stripe's transaction reference.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us with your order number as soon as you can. We may not be able to change an order or stop delivery once it is dispatched. You can still cancel while it is on its way and within 14 days of receiving it under your legal right to cancel, or return it under our returns policy.
