1. About these terms

This website is run by Ozyrix Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16666851). Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Ozyrix Limited, and “you” means the person using the site or buying from us.

Sections 2 to 8 apply when you buy from this website; sections 9 to 13 apply to everyone who uses it. Our returns policy and privacy notice also apply. The contract is in English.

If you buy one of our products on a marketplace, the contract is made through that marketplace and its terms apply instead of sections 2 to 8. Your legal rights are the same.

2. Orders

• You must be aged 18 or over, buying as a consumer for personal use, with a delivery address we deliver to. We may limit the quantity of an item in one order.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email you to confirm the order. You can correct mistakes before you pay.
• We may refuse an order for any reason before we confirm it. After confirming, we may cancel it before dispatch if an item is unavailable, a price or description on the site is clearly wrong, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. We tell you and refund everything you paid; we have no other liability for it.
• You can cancel by contacting us before dispatch, while the goods are on their way, or within 14 days of receiving them under your legal right to cancel. Once dispatched, we may not be able to stop delivery; the returns page explains what to do.

3. Products

• Images are for illustration. Colours on screen and packaging can differ slightly from the product you receive.
• A product page lists the devices the product is made for. Please check yours before you order: we are not responsible for fit or function on a device that is not listed.
• Use products as their instructions describe. We may change a product's design or packaging if the change does not make it worse for you.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are in pounds sterling. The delivery charge is shown before you pay.
• Prices can change at any time, but a change does not affect an order we have already confirmed.
• Card payments are processed by Stripe, our only payment provider. We store only Stripe's transaction reference for your order — never your card details.
• You pay in full when you place your order.

5. Delivery

Delivery charges and where we deliver are on the delivery page. Delivery dates we give are estimates. Unless we agree a date with you, we deliver without undue delay and within the time the law allows.

The goods are your responsibility once you, or someone you nominate to receive them, takes physical possession of them. They belong to you once we have received payment in full.

6. Cancelling and returning

You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods. We also offer a returns policy for a change of mind, which we may change for future orders. Both, the model cancellation form, and how to return an item are in our returns and refunds policy.

7. If goods are faulty

We must supply goods that are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you have the legal rights set out in our returns and refunds policy. These rights do not cover damage caused after delivery, misuse, not following the instructions, or normal wear and tear.

8. Our responsibility for loss

If we break these terms, we are responsible only for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. Loss is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen, or if we both knew it might happen when the contract was made.

Our products are for domestic and private use. We are not responsible for any loss of profit, business, revenue, data or opportunity, or for any indirect loss.

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier or supplier failure, extreme weather, strikes, or a failure of public networks. If that happens, we tell you and try to limit the effect; if the delay is substantial, you can cancel and we refund you for goods not received.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit or exclude, including your legal rights in relation to the goods.

9. Using this website

You may use this site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• use it unlawfully, or in a way that harms us, the site or anyone else;
• copy, collect or reuse its content by automated means, except through tools we publish for that purpose;
• try to gain unauthorised access to it, disrupt it, or introduce viruses or other harmful code;
• give false details, or place orders you do not intend to pay for or keep.

We may suspend or close your account, refuse orders, or block your access if we reasonably believe you have broken these terms or misused our returns process.

10. The website and its content

The site and its content, including guides, are provided as they are, for general information. We do not promise that the site will be available, uninterrupted or free of errors or viruses, or that its content is complete or up to date. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, or any feature, at any time.

Except for the product information that forms part of an order (section 3), you rely on the site's content at your own risk, and we are not responsible for loss arising from using the site, or from sites we link to, which we do not control. This does not affect section 8's last paragraph.

If you use the site in breach of section 9, you are responsible for the loss this causes us, including our reasonable costs of dealing with it.

11. Our content and your reviews

The text, images, designs, names and logos on this site belong to Ozyrix Limited or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use; any other use needs our written permission.

If you send us a review, question or photo, you give us a free, worldwide, permanent licence to use, edit, publish and translate it in connection with our business. You confirm it is your own, honest, and lawful. We may decline, edit for length or clarity, or remove any content you submit.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms at any time by publishing a new version on this page. The terms that apply to an order are those shown when you placed it; the current terms apply to your use of the site from the time they are published.

13. General and disputes

If a court decides that part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. We may transfer our rights and obligations to another organisation; this will not reduce your rights. No one else has rights under these terms.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts where you live.
