12-month Ozyrix warranty on all products, in addition to your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. The warranty

Every Ozyrix product we sell on this website carries a 12-month Ozyrix warranty. The warranty is given by Ozyrix Limited, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. It covers faults that appear within 12 months of delivery, on products bought on this website and delivered in the UK. If a fault appears within 12 months of delivery, we will repair or replace the item, or refund you if neither repair nor replacement is possible. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

2. Your legal rights

This is in addition to your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, which this warranty does not reduce. Your rights to reject faulty goods, and to a repair, replacement or refund, are described on our returns page. The warranty applies to orders placed on or after 2 October 2026 on this website.

3. Making a claim

Email returns@ozyrix.com with your order number and a description of the fault. We will tell you what happens next.
