How much is delivery?

• Free delivery on UK orders at or above £50.00.
• Below that, delivery is £4.99 per order.
• The basket shows the delivery charge before you pay.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to addresses in the UK only. We cannot send orders to other countries.

When will my order arrive?

We send orders as soon as we can. Any delivery date we show is an estimate, not a promise: once a parcel leaves us, it is in the carrier's hands.

How do I track my parcel?

Your order confirmation email has a link to your order. If you cannot find it, use Track an order to get the link again, or sign in to see your orders if you have an account.

My parcel is late, missing or damaged

Contact us with your order number. If a parcel has not arrived after the estimated date, please check with neighbours and any safe place first; we then trace it with the carrier.

If an item arrives damaged, keep the packaging and send us a photo. A damaged, missing or wrong item is sorted out under your legal rights; see faulty or wrong items.
